Sessions will be canceled if the client arrives more than 30 minutes late. A $20 late fee will apply to any session where the client is over 15 minutes late. Please note that session end times will not be extended to compensate for tardiness.

All deposits are non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee if you are unable to attend your session. To qualify for a deposit credit toward a future session or a 50% refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the session, no refund will be issued. However, the client may reschedule the session at no additional cost, provided it is within three months and aligns with the photographer’s availability.

I recommend a group size of 2-4 people to maintain the focus and quality of the photos. Larger groups can shift the dynamic and may result in fewer shots being captured than planned. However, the choice is yours—feel free to bring the whole family if you’d like!

Please note that the photographer does not provide additional props or accessories before or during the session. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure proper preparation; the photographer cannot be held accountable for issues arising from lack of preparation.

A consultation is REQUIRED before booking unless otherwise stated. If a booking is made without a prior consultation, it will be refunded.
